Store Azithromycin 100 mg/5 ml suspension in the refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F). Discard any unused portion after 14 days.
Do not freeze the suspension. Freezing can alter the medication’s effectiveness.
Keep the medication out of reach of children and pets. A locked cabinet is recommended.
