First, gently blow your nose to clear your nasal passages. This ensures the medication reaches the affected areas more effectively.
Next, remove the protective cap from the inhaler. Hold the inhaler upright with the nozzle pointing upwards.
Now, insert the nozzle into one nostril. Close the other nostril with your finger. Breathe in gently and firmly through your nose as you press down on the inhaler to release a single spray.
After inhaling, gently remove the inhaler from your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
Repeat this process for the other nostril, following the same steps. Always ensure a single spray is administered per nostril to avoid overuse.
After each use, replace the protective cap to prevent accidental spraying or contamination.
Important: Always follow the dosage instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist. If you experience any unexpected side effects, discontinue use and seek medical advice. Read the patient information leaflet for complete details.
Proper technique is key for optimal results. If you have difficulty using the inhaler, ask your doctor or pharmacist for assistance.
